It is possible that recipients did not receive our notification email, let them know that the files are available. This can happen for a number of reasons (e.g. their mail server may have marked the notification as spam by mistake).
Have them check their Spam folder to check if the notifications exist. Another workaround is by sending them the Quick link to these files. You can find the Quick link on any existing upload by clicking the link icon.
By clicking the link, it will be copied to a clipboard. Provide the recipients with the link for them to access the files.
